I have two pieces of furniture in boxes (180x120x45 & 180x80x45) approx 85kg each that need moving from the ground floor and lifting externally through a 1F french door window that has a removable juliette balcony on the front. (This was successfully done before by Hopewells when delivering a sofa using a van with an elevated rear).
