What do fridge removal services in London do?
Fridge removal services pick up old appliances and make sure they are properly dismantled and recycled in line with Australian refrigerator disposal laws. This covers all types of products, from mini bar fridges to heavy chest freezers and sometimes even walk-in fridges.
Fridge removal is usually just one service offered by appliance removal companies that can also help you dispose of an old washing machine and other whitegoods if needed.
Fridge pick-up
The fridge removal team will arrange a time to pick up the old appliance from wherever it's located in your home and load it onto their vehicle, so you don't need to do any heavy lifting or take it to the curb. They'll take care not to cause any damage to your property on the way.
Refrigerant removal and disposal
However old the appliance is, fridges and freezers contain chemicals and oils that can pollute the environment if they're released. Under Australian federal law, these need to be removed and disposed of carefully and responsibly.
