Hi, I need help fixing my Citroen C3, a 2007 1.4 HDi model with registration WF57 FBZ and VIN VF7FC8HZC28987056. It has the Lucas rear brake system, and the problem is with the driver's side rear brake drum, which was seized due to rust and the shoes binding. Here's the current situation: The drum has been removed with a lot of force, the old brake shoes and their parts taken out, the backplate cleaned of dirt and rust, and the drum's inside reconditioned with wire brushing and brake cleaner to remove surface rust. The lower anchor bracket on the backplate looks bent forward, probably from removing the drum, and might need straightening or replacing (part number 4249.50 or similar), but I haven't been able to bend it back. The handbrake cable on this side has been cut and removed because it was frayed and needs replacing. I have the new brake shoes, a fitting kit with springs and pins, and a new staking hub nut (M22x1.5, 32 mm socket size). The adjuster strut has been cleaned with brake cleaner and WD-40 on its threads. The jobs I need done are: Fit the new brake shoes with the springs and pins, reinstall the adjuster strut, refit the drum and hub with the new nut (torqued to about 200–250 Nm and staked), and if you can, fit the new handbrake cable (which I have) and adjust the system for even operation. The car is already on an axle stand for easy access, and I have a Haynes manual if you need it. Can you give me a price for these jobs, and do you think the anchor bracket can be straightened or does it need replacing? I'm looking for a good, reliable fix at a fair price

Good evening. My car started showing orange warning about 10 minutes of driving after fuelling. I proceeded driving normally for another 5 minutes and after stopping at junction to give way, the car would not move off normally. It would not allow past second gear. Whenever i start the car, it shows the warning sign and a message "engine faulty repair needed"

Vauxhall Movano vehicle won’t start. Has a brand new battery. Think immobiliser is preventing it from starting as vehicle is turning over. Perhaps chip key and vehicle are no longer synched since replacing battery?

I recently bought a CarPlay device (CarTablet Pro Max), which comes with a reverse camera, which I need help installing. The camera has a long cable which needs to be thread along the inside seams of the vehicle trim, through to the rear boot door of the vehicle, and then the reverse camera mounted to the door. The wiring needs to be connected to the rear light or the car. My car is a Ford Fiesta MK7 hatchback.
