For as long as I can remember, it is a very difficult challenge placing my keys into the lock of our front door in order to open the door. It requires a lot of force trying to push the key fully into the keyhole in order to be able to open the door. This also creates a lot of noise that is very frustrating if someone is trying to enter the house early morning or late evenings. Keys are meant to go in very smoothly and without noise. Please advise.

Hello, the front door was kicked in and the latch/hook on the top of the door is not aligned with the hole in the door frame so i am unable to lock the door. The door closes, it is just that the top part is kicked in.

We have all the parts for the lock (if it doesn’t need replaced). It just isn’t working quite right.

Door handle stuck not opening

Internal wooden bedroom door, handle mechanism failed and door became jammed when lock would not retract from frame. Handle removed and lock forced causing damage to both door finish and frame. Handle/lock also needs replaced

It's been reported that the lock is extremely difficult to unlock and lock again meaning it can take 10 - 20 minutes before it opens. As this is an airbnb flat it's making the experience poor so need this resolved ASAP

My Yale lock on the front door had to be removed, I need a new one picking up to the same quality / standard (from Screwfix on Walworth road) and fitting. Tuesday 2nd evening if possible. Screwfix is open until 8pm. Pictures attached. I could also be available between 7 - 8am Wednesday.
