The old style handles are already removed. The pictures are so you have an idea of the door. The job includes Fitting a new 64mm keyed sash mortice lock (I will buy this) Drilling a new keyhole through the door Drilling/adjusting the spindle hole if needed Installing the new handle set (photo included) Fitting the strike plate to the door frame Making sure the lock and key work smoothly Door is a standard UK internal door (photos attached). Need a handyman/carpenter to install a keyed lock on an internal storage room door. Existing door has a standard lever handle and tubular latch. I have purchased a complete euro lock handle, sash lock and cylinder set. Installation will require enlarging the latch mortice and drilling for the cylinder.

I need someone to get my room key from the concierge, deliver and install my orders from Argoes including bedside tables, office chair, coffee table, shower curtains without my presence.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

Install Yale PBS1 lock on street door: Lock has been bought and partly fitted but it needs a mortice slot chiseled out of the frame and/or door. Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. I have the lock.

I changed the lock on the back door as the old one was faulty. This one is fine to lock door from inside but cannot be unlocked from outside.
