I would like to fit 5 locks on old Victorian doors. We need the locks carefully cut into the frame. Photo of the lock and again with the part. We want care and skill for this so it doesn’t ruin the frame and fits in.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

PVC Door Repair – Lock Mechanism Alignment ​Job Description: Seeking an experienced handyman or locksmith to repair a PVC front/back door. ​The Issue: The door handle does not lift smoothly/fully, which prevents the key from turning to engage the lock.

The window currently is locked and can not be opened as the key has been lost. I need the window handle taken off, permanently moved to the unlock position and put back. It does not need to be locked, just needs to be able to be opened when required

We have two bathroom privacy locks which do not work properly (they were installed by a previous tasker). They do not lock properly and at least one of the doors swings open, because there is no latch, meaning the door is in the way of the corridor. I need someone to fix the privacy latches so that they lock properly to give the person in the bathroom privacy and adjust the doors so that they do not swing open when the door is unlocked.

I do not have a replacement lock, so I will need you to supply the correct euro cylinder and provide new keys.
