The house key has snapped when unlocking the door. The half of the key is stuck inside the lock. Somehow the broken half can still be used to open the door. The broken key that’s stuck inside needs to be removed

The keysafe will be fitted to an external concrete/brick wall and the spotlight is internally. Below is a photo of it.

Key holder required to keep my keys for me and to attend to properly only when advised. Expected visits about each 2-3 weeks or as advised with time to do so and the job may be kept ongoingly from February 2027. Individual visits may involve more pay. I will need the key holder to check for particular items if mail only and open these with my permission and then possibly wait in for landlord 2 times for them to do work for this period. This may involve up to all day attendance but will likely be less time and extra payment possible if these occur.

The main locks are not latching in and I suppose it would need adjusting to ensure it can catch it better. Happy to share videos to demonstrate it and would like to know prior if a replacement is required and if so at what cost

We need an experienced locksmith or handyman to reattach a metal component that has come off the main entrance door lock. This part allows the door to latch securely. We believe the existing lock can be kept and the detached component simply needs to be secured back in place. Please see the attached photo and video. UPVC door latch wont engage (i.e. lock) - feels like a door alignment issue as the lock mechanism is fine.

My front door does not fully close without a key from the outside. It seems there needs to be a minor adjustment of the lock so that it can properlty close.

when the outside temperature reaches 27 degrees Celsius and or goes higher, the locking mechanism of the front door doesn't work properly and i am forced to squeeze the door shut as much as possible to close it from the inside. From the outside i cant close it, it doesn't lock. this appears to happen in hot weather alot so one person has to remain in the house to lock it from the inside. im not sure what is the reason it does this, at the moment the lock is working fine, because temperature is below 27 degrees, but we need a long term solution, so it needs to be fixed. im not sure how much the budget is to work on a door, please give realistic quotes.

We have two bathroom privacy locks which do not work properly (they were installed by a previous tasker). They do not lock properly and at least one of the doors swings open, because there is no latch, meaning the door is in the way of the corridor. I need someone to fix the privacy latches so that they lock properly to give the person in the bathroom privacy and adjust the doors so that they do not swing open when the door is unlocked.
