I need help laying a large rug in my living room and moving the furniture temporarily to allow it to be positioned properly. Rug size: 9'1¼" × 11'11¾" (approx. 2.78m × 3.65m). Note - the floorplan is not representative of the current room. The only furniture within the room is the power recliner sofa, 75cm dining table and chairs. The rug arrived folded and developed creases during transport. I have now rolled it pattern-side up and will leave it rolled for several days to allow the creases to relax, following the manufacturer's instructions. Once ready, I need someone to: Move the furniture out of the way Unroll and position the rug correctly Smooth/flatten any remaining creases by hand Put the furniture back in position Important: The sofa is a power recliner, so it is heavy and needs to be moved carefully. There are also dining chairs and a table in the room. I am not looking for specialist steaming or rug-stretching equipment at this stage — just careful laying, positioning and hand-smoothing. I can provide photos of the rug as it currently is, the room and the floorplan to show the access/layout.

I recently ordered a new bathroom radiator, I thought is was a like for like replacement for the original radiator, but it turns out the design has changed and the mounting points and inlet/outlet centres have changed. With that, I need someone to help me do the following: Drill two new holes in the wall tiles for the bottom wall mounts, as these no longer line up. Fill the old holes. Reposition existing valves to align with radiator inlet and outlet Install new radiator tails (I have tails, but they may not be the best option for this scenario) Fit radiator back on wall, add inhibitor (to be included in quote), repressurise and bleed. The original centres were 470mm and now they are 450mm. Also the wall mounts now make the radiator sit about 10 to 15 mm further out from the wall.
