Need an experienced handyman to swap two TVs between my living room and bedroom. I will be home to help you lift the 55 inch screens.Living Room:Remove Panasonic 55 inch TV (21kg).Mount my Hisense 55 inch TV onto the existing wall bracket (VESA 200x300).Bedroom:Remove old Samsung 27 inch TV.Remove old metal wall mount from the existing wooden backing board (45cm x 30cm).Install a new universal VESA 400x400 bracket (provided by me) directly into the wooden board.Mount the 55 inch Panasonic TV onto this new bracket (VESA 400x400).Requirements:Bring your own tools and heavy-duty wood/coach screws to securely bolt the new bracket to the wooden board without splitting the edges.Bring standard TV bolts (M4/M6/M8) just in case.Reconnect and test that both TVs power on. No cable hiding required.

Title: Handyman & flat-clearing help needed – half day I’m looking for an experienced and practical handyman to help me for around half a day clearing out a small one-bedroom flat ahead of a move. There isn’t a huge amount in the flat, but I need someone who can handle a mixture of handyman jobs, furniture dismantling and some lifting/carrying, rather than having to book several different people. Jobs will include things such as: Dismantling a few items of furniture ready for moving/disposal Taking down curtains and curtain poles Removing paintings and mirrors from walls Removing a wall-mounted TV and bracket Taking down any other small fixtures/fittings as needed Helping move/carry some bulky items out of the flat General practical help getting the flat cleared and ready for the move You would need to bring your own tools, including a suitable drill/screwdrivers, and be confident safely removing wall-mounted items. There may also be a small number of bulky items that need to be carried from the flat to the rear gate for a pre-booked council collection. Depending on the collection date, I may need help with this on a separate short visit, so please let me know if that is something you could also do. It’s a small one-bedroom flat and I expect the main jobs to take approximately 3–4 hours. Location: Islington, London N1 Duration: Approx. 3–4 hours Budget: £150 Please let me know your experience with this type of work, whether you work alone or can bring a second person if needed for heavier items,
