We are looking for an experienced handyman/tradesperson or small team to complete the redecoration works at a commercial venue. Please quote for labour and materials separately where possible. We are looking for an economical solution and a site visit first is a must 2pm on Monday Sep 21 to start immediately as soon as parts arrive later in the week 1) Floors & Entrance Polish/restore existing wood floors 2) Tables & Furniture Repair 7 tables. Paint gold/ gold-leaf the table bases. Repair/refurbish the existing table tops Repair 8 chairs (super glue) Move main-bar chairs to the runway area. 3) LED & Lighting * Install LED lighting underneath the bar. * Install LED lighting along the bar top. * Install LED strip lighting in the piano-room runway. * Install LED lighting above and below the runway chair seating. * Build 2 simple wooden decorative cages/features with integrated LED lighting. Must know led lighting brightness to buy *Stick led under and behind loose fitting chairs Measurements must be taken for all 4) Toilets * Repair the men's toilet sink and surrounding wall. * Repair the urinal and ensure the water flow is functioning correctly. * Install 3 Hollywood-style vanity-light displays in the female toilet. * Install 1 Hollywood-style vanity-light display in the male toilet. * Take measurements before we purchase mirrors, frames or bulbs. 5) Drapes & Curtains * Move one curtain to behind the DJ booth. * Move one curtain upstairs entrance. 6) Fragrance Dispensers * Install timed fragrance dispensers in the toilets and selected areas throughout the venue. 7) Staff room light install 2 fluorescent lights Please include: * Your total labour cost. * Estimated material costs. * Estimated completion time. * Which of the above tasks you can complete. * Examples/photos of similar work. Preference will be given to one body who can complete as many of these works as possible under one economical quote

Looking for an experienced bathroom fitter/tiler to carry out some remedial and finishing work in a small bathroom. Main work required: • Remove the existing old wall tiles in the areas shown in the photos and dispose of them. This includes the walls around the bath/shower, and the tiled sections behind/around the basin and toilet. • Prepare the walls properly after tile removal and replace with simple clean white bathroom tiles. We are looking for decent, durable quality rather than expensive/premium tiles. • Grout the new wall tiling and properly silicone/seal around the bath and other wet-area junctions so everything is left watertight and neatly finished. • The existing tiled bathroom floor is staying underneath. Clean/prep and fill/re-grout/level the existing tile joints and any local uneven areas as necessary to provide a smooth, even surface suitable for laying vinyl/lino over it. • Lay the new lino/vinyl flooring. I already have the flooring material which we fitted downstairs. • Remove the existing bath taps/mixer and shower fittings and install replacement bath taps/mixer and shower/showerhead. • Make good around the areas worked on and leave the bathroom clean and properly finished. The bath, basin and toilet (recent fittings) are all staying and do not need replacing. Please quote for itemised labour and materials for each part of the job. For the wall tiles, I am happy either to supply them myself or for you to supply suitable budget/mid-range plain white tiles, but please specify which your quote assumes. Please ensure your quote includes removal/disposal of the old tiles, wall preparation, adhesive, grout, silicone/sealant, trims and any waterproofing/tanking required in the bath/shower area. Photos show the current condition and the areas requiring work. Assuming a professional standard job completion, I may also have some additional small finishing/decorating jobs afterwards. Price given is for labour. Materials we can work out.

EVOline 3-socket retractable worktop extension – repair or replacement Please see the attached photos. The EVOline unit sits in the kitchen worktop and retracts down into the cupboard below. It has 3 UK sockets. The existing unit is damaged. The black upper retaining collar/flange is broken, and the unit is now difficult to raise and lower. Please confirm: 1. Can the existing EVOline be repaired? 2. If not, can you fit a like-for-like 3 UK socket EVOline replacement? 3. Please give me a quote for labour and parts. 4. Please show the labour cost and parts cost separately. Access is easy. The cupboard shelf lifts out, then the rear cabinet panel clips off/pulls forward, giving access to the plug connection behind it. The panel clips back into place afterwards. The unit is plug-in, not hard-wired. I do not have the replacement part yet.
