I’m looking for a qualified electrician to complete the electrical installation in a newly built 20ft office container. What’s already done: * 1.5mm lighting cables have already been run from the switch to the light, and one from the switch back to the consumer unit. * Container is timber framed and plasterboarded. * Socket cables can be run easily under the floor as the floor insulation and flooring have not yet been installed. The job includes: * Connect to the existing 32A blue Commando socket on the building. * Install approximately 30m of armoured cable to the container via commando socket. * Install and connect a consumer unit with RCBO/RCD protection. * Install wiring for: * 3 double sockets in the office * 2 double sockets in the storage room * 1 external weatherproof double socket on the same wall of consumer unit but outside * Connect the existing lighting cables. * Install 2 LED batten lights. * Install 1 two-gang light switch. * Test the installation and issue the appropriate Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC). Materials can either be supplied by you or I can purchase them beforehand if you provide a list. Please include: * Labour cost * Material cost (if supplying) * Whether testing and certification are included * Earliest availability Photos show the existing 32A supply and the cable route to the container (approximately 30m)

I'm looking for someone with experience to install the laminate floorboards in my living room. Room size = 11.5m2 The room has already been prepped - I have taken off the skirting boards, prepped the floor with plywood and put down the underlay. I have a multitool and mitre cutter which can be used if tools are required. Scope of works to complete: - Install laminate flooring throughout the room - Leave the appropriate expansion gap around the perimeter - Use a multi tool to cut under the door architrave so the laminate floorboard slips neatly under this - Make neat cuts around the door frame, radiator pipes and any other obstacles - Ensure a clean, professional finish - Leave the room clean and tidy (I can dispose of the rubbish)
