Our roofer was unable to finish the job due to an emergency. We need someone to finish off framing of valley on roof and install valley flashing (I will supply). Installation of 4 roof sheets (I will supply). Battens are already fixed to the rafters. Klip loks (I will supply) will need to be installed onto the battens. Some of the sheets will need to be cut in over the valley flashing. Can supply number of previous roofer for a more thorough description.

Backyard Cubby House Demolition – Simple Job Seeking a dependable person to dismantle and remove a cubby house from my backyard. The job is uncomplicated with good access through side entrance gate and clear scope. Work required: • Unscrew and remove metal roofing sheets (refer to photos) • Take down the full cubby house structure • Remove 8 support posts from the ground (example shown in one of the photos) • Relocate all dismantled materials to the front yard (approx. 50 m via side gate) • Tidy up the site area once finished Timing: Available any day between 12-13 January or 15–16 January (dates flexible) Please bring your own tools. Supply and install new sheeting 1104 depth from roof to gutter x 2700 across onto existing lattice frame as per photo. Not sure if you can buy that length as I could only find 2.5 length at bunnings so would need to be cut in half. Approx 4 sheets in total to allow overlay of each sheet. Currently secured with tech screws. Would need to be cream or beige not clear sheeting to match as closely as possible to existing roofing in other areas of the garden

Our current roof sheets are 2 separate sections of 4.5m length sheets that are joining each other across the centre of our roof. We have 9 x 8m length sheets to eliminate the join and are to be laid over the top of the existing colour-bond sheets. Job will require unscrewing the old screws, laying new sheets and fixing back down through both layers. Some flashing tape will need to be cut to feed the new sheets into the top section of the roof and the sheets will require turn up of the top edges.
