Title: Flat-Pack Assembly: 4–5 Drawer Chest I’m looking for someone experienced in flat-pack furniture assembly to assemble a chest of drawers, either four or five drawers, depending on which model I purchase. I’ve attached photos showing the type of furniture. Requirements: * Assemble the chest of drawers correctly and securely. * Bring your own tools. * Gloves must be worn throughout the job. * Previous furniture assembly experience preferred. I may have other small household jobs available, which we can discuss separately. However, this task is specifically for assembling the drawers. Please provide your availability and a quote for the assembly. Thank you.

Hi, I have a shower tray that was installed directly on the floor, and I suspect it wasn't done correctly. I am experiencing bad smells coming from the drain and I am worried about water leaks underneath. I need someone to inspect the plumbing connection to check if the waste trap is working correctly or if there is a double-trap issue. I also need to verify if the tray was properly sealed with flexible adhesive and if a waterproofing membrane was used underneath. You might need to lift the tray to fix the seals and the drainage. I didn’t know what to put in the price so is obviously negotiable
