Flooring Installer Needed – Self-Adhesive Herringbone Flooring Looking for an experienced flooring installer to lay self-adhesive vinyl plank flooring in a herringbone pattern, over an existing laminate/wood-look floor. I have attached a picture of the room — it's a brown floor at the moment. I have also attached a picture of the grey wood I've ordered, which is the style I want. Materials will be provided, but you need to bring your own basic tools, for example: • Utility/Stanley knife • Metal straight edge/ruler • Speed square or protractor (for angled cuts) • Tape measure • Roller Details: • Flooring type: self-adhesive vinyl planks • Pattern: herringbone • Subfloor: existing laminate/wood-look flooring, good condition • Room: medium-sized room (approx. 15–20m²) • Delivery window: flooring arrives between 30th September – 1st October • Availability needed: please be ready to start on short notice — I'll message you as soon as it arrives. Ideally available on the 1st, or shortly after if needed • Experience with herringbone patterns preferred, as precise angle cuts and layout are required

## Laminate Flooring Fitter Required – Approx. 13–15m² I am looking for an experienced flooring fitter to install **approximately 13–15m² of laminate flooring** in my home. ### Work Required * Lay approximately **13–15m² of laminate flooring**. * Install the appropriate underlay underneath the laminate. * Measure and cut the laminate neatly around walls, corners and door frames. * Leave the correct expansion gaps around the edges. * Fit beading/scotia around the edges where required. * Fit **door threshold/transition strips** to create a neat separation between rooms. * Ensure all flooring is level, secure and professionally finished. * Trim doors if necessary due to the new floor height. * Leave the work area clean and tidy once completed. ### Materials I intend to supply the **laminate flooring and underlay**. Please let me know what additional materials are required, such as beading, threshold strips or other fittings. ### Labour Budget I am looking to pay approximately **£200–£250 for labour**, depending on the work required and the condition of the existing floor. Any additional work such as significant floor levelling, removing/disposal of existing flooring or replacing skirting boards can be discussed and priced separately. Please provide details of your experience, availability and your labour quote for completing the job.

The wooden trim along the floor in my flat needs replacing. I have bought some replacement new trim so the old trim would need removing and the new trim cutting and nailed to floor. There are 3 areas where the trim needs replacing - one area is 16ft long, one is 6ft long and one is 1ft.
