Rear Decks • Approx 25 m² total (front + rear) • Timber deck, structurally sound but weathered • Scope: – Thorough clean – Punch down protruding nails – Light sanding only where needed (not full sand) – ONE coat of penetrating decking oil (tinted, NOT paint) • This is a presentation job for sale, not a long-term restoration. Same for front deck (approx 5m x 1m) but less worn so may just need a single coat of oil.
