📍 Job Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to clean and prepare a small outdoor courtyard area, including timber decking and surrounding brick walls, ready for repainting and finishing. 🌿 Scope of Work 1. Decking – Clean, Restore & Treat Remove all loose debris, leaves, and dirt from decking area Jet wash decking thoroughly to remove dirt, algae, and surface buildup Take care not to damage wood (appropriate pressure settings required) Allow decking to fully dry Light sanding if required to smooth raised grain or rough patches Apply suitable decking treatment/stain or oil (to be agreed), ensuring: Even coverage Protection against weathering and moisture Clean, professional finish 2. Brick Walls – Cleaning & Paint Preparation Remove debris, cobwebs, and loose material from walls Jet wash all wall surfaces to remove dirt, flaking paint, and buildup Ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped for painting Identify and flag any areas of damaged or unstable paint/render Protect surrounding areas (decking, plants, doors/windows) during cleaning 🧰 Requirements Must have own professional-grade jet washer and equipment Experience working with timber decking and exterior masonry Knowledge of correct pressure levels to avoid damage Ability to recommend suitable decking treatment products Attention to detail and clean finish 📏 Additional Notes Courtyard is a compact space with limited access (see photo) Care must be taken around: Glass doors/windows Drain area Planters and surrounding items All waste and debris to be cleared and removed after completion Area should be left clean, tidy, and ready for painting

Sand all stairs, banister and handrail so it is ready to be painted. Including removing any nails, sanding all surfaces until smooth and filling any small holes. Job is finished wheb it is ready for painting. An experienced tasker will know what this means. Tasker must have experience with similar jobs, sanding and using a palm sander. Tasker will be required for minimum one full day, possibly two full days depending on progress/ speed. Two full stair cases and one small steps, as per photos. High quality job expected, no time wasters or inexperienced taskers please. Job to be completed ASAP.
