Brick Walls – Cleaning & Paint Preparation Remove debris, cobwebs, and loose material from walls Jet wash all wall surfaces to remove dirt, flaking paint, and buildup Ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped for painting Identify and flag any areas of damaged or unstable paint/render Protect surrounding areas (decking, plants, doors/windows) during cleaning 🧰 Requirements Must have own professional-grade jet washer and equipment Experience working with timber decking and exterior masonry Knowledge of correct pressure levels to avoid damage Ability to recommend suitable decking treatment products Attention to detail and clean finish 📏 Additional Notes Courtyard is a compact space with limited access (see photo) Care must be taken around: Glass doors/windows Drain area Planters and surrounding items All waste and debris to be cleared and removed after completion Area should be left clean, tidy, and ready for painting
