I have junkers 14 mm thick solid oak twin herringbone that needs to be fitted in my current room the current room already has carpet so that will need to be removed and disposed off. The subfloor is a concrete screed. There is under the floor heating. I’ve already have the wood and the adhesive.(wakol ms260) if a primer is needed I will provide it (wakol ms330) there is skirting that needs to be removed as well, but it does not need to be re-fitted. Also, if possible, there’s also a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom if that could be removed and disposed off would be great.

I am looking for an experienced flooring installer to install click LVT flooring in my flat. Total area is approximately 38–39 m² across: • Living room • 2 bedrooms • L-shaped corridor Subfloor: Concrete May require minor floor levelling / smoothing in some areas. Subfloor: Concrete May require minor floor levelling / smoothing in some areas. Work required: • Check and prepare concrete subfloor • Minor levelling if required (latex/self levelling) • Install LVT underlay • Install click LVT flooring throughout • Flooring to run continuously through corridor into rooms • Remove existing skirting boards and refit after flooring installed • Install door bars between corridor and kitchen/bathroom • Clean finish around edges Materials: I will supply: • LVT flooring • Underlay • Door bars • Skirting (if needed) • Levelling compound (if required) Installer to bring tools and advise on prep.

I am in the process of moving in a flat and l am looking for an experienced flooring installer to help with removing existing flooring and installing new flooring in my flat. **Scope of work:** * Remove carpet from two rooms * Remove existing flooring from hallway * Dispose of all removed materials * Install new flooring across two rooms and hallway (approx. 40 m2 total) * Ensure flooring is properly fitted, level, and finished around edges/doorways * You need to have your own tools and van to remove the rubbish, but I will supply floor that you will need to cut/trim. Flooring type: Natural Wood Effect Laminate from B&Q Timing: Between April 26th and May 1st. **Please include in your offer:** * Your experience with flooring installation * Total cost including waste removal * Estimated time to complete the job Floor is based on fourth floor with lift.
