We're looking for an experienced engineered wood floor fitter to install approximately 20 m² of flooring across our two bedrooms of our ground floor flat in Battersea, SW8. We have already purchased the planks and the beading. I’m looking for an experienced flooring/joinery professional to repair a section of subfloor in a bedroom. The floor was previously repaired, but the contractor used a large board/sheet rather than replacing the original floorboards/planks. The repair is now uneven and the board has started to lift, so the floor is not suitable for carpet to be fitted over it. Job required: * Remove the existing board and inspect the area underneath. * Replace it with suitable floorboards/planks, matching the existing floor where possible. * Ensure the boards are securely fixed and supported. * Make the repaired area completely level and stable. * Leave the floor ready for underlay and carpet installation. I’m looking for someone with experience in subfloor repairs and floorboards who can complete the job to a good professional standard. Please provide an approximate quote and availability. Photos of the area can be provided.

It requires proper moving out existing furniture and then Removal of Old flooring then doing proper Underlay , then fit 12-14 mm engineered oak flooring and then proper and clean all doors trimming, beading & finishing to highest quality and then placing the furniture back to its place and then disposing of Old flooring.
