A small (0.5 - 1m2) area of floor has been damaged by water leakage. The top layer of the engineered wood flooring has come off. The type of floor is Merbau 3 strip but it's hard to get and a different type in similar colour would be ok.

Hi, I'm looking to have laminate flooring fitted in a small bedroom measuring approximately 3.68 m × 2.30 m (around 8.5 m²). I already have some leftover Swiss Krono laminate that I'd like to use, subject to having enough boards. The existing floor is vinyl, and I'd like someone to assess the subfloor and advise whether any preparation is needed. Could you please provide a quote for labour, with any additional costs for underlay, trims or preparation listed separately? Thank you!

I do have a very large wardrobe which isn’t possible to move so I need to work around that. So I would like flooring of a room possibly measuring less than 5x5m2 Forest Gate E7
