Carpets have been removed, and I am seeking a high-quality, modern finish using a water-based sealer and polyurethane system. Project Details: * Total Area: 65 square meters. Current Condition: Floors are bare timber but have some residue from old carpet underlay. Scope of Work: Full Sanding: Professional sand to bare wood, removing all old residue and leveling the surface. Punching of nails and filling of holes/gaps as required.
