We have a bedroom that we want painted. Its dimensions are 3.3m wide x 4.35m long x 3.75m long (shorter due to a built-in wardrobe 0f 0.60m) and ceiling height of 3m. It also includes inside and outside staining of a cedar window frame and the inside and outside painting of the entrance door (not cedar) plus all preparation including filling a lot of small holes in the wall left after the removal of cupboards. We also want the ceiling inside the wardrobe painted. Paint to be reimbursed.

The wall measures approximately 7.35m (L) × 0.9m (H) — total coverage is 6.615 m²**. Substrate: - Brick — mostly solid and stable, ready for rendering but some salt/humidity damage in small areas. Preferred materials: - Acrylic render (preferred for flexibility, UV resistance, and waterproofing). - Open to cement render with polymer additives if suitable for brickwork . Requirements: - Proven experience with exterior residential rendering. - Ability to recommend and source appropriate materials (or advise if I should supply). - Clean, professional finish with attention to detail - Must be familiar with Brisbane’s climate considerations (UV, humidity, expansion). Access & Timing: - Easy site access. - Flexible with scheduling — happy to coordinate around your availability. Looking for someone to strip and repaint our outdoor deck, including the steps and fascia. The deck measures approximately 3.8m x 4.3m, plus a set of steps. We’d like the floorboards to remain their original colour, but the railings repainted white to match the house exterior, and the balusters changed from brown to green.
