Complete the preparation and painting of the hallway, stairs, and landing, including the skirting boards, architraves, doors, ceilings. I estimate 2 - 3 days work needed, and can set a price based on time if needed. Note that floors on the stairs and landing are new, and will need to be very well protected for the job. More photos can be provided if needed Each area has a different starting points: Hallway: recently plastered, has received mist coat and two base coats. Work needed: 1) Prepare the skirting boards, dado rail and front door surround (sanding, limited amount of filling) 2) Paint skirting boards and dado rail (Farrow & Ball) -- note, these continue up the stairs 3) Apply top coats to walls and ceiling (Lick) Stairs: stairs have been painted, but some areas next to spindles have not been finished. ~50% spindles need gloss coat. 1) Touch up multiple stairs with top coat 2) Touch up multiple spindles with gloss paint 3) Clean, sand, prepare area under stairs Landing: skirting boards have already been painted with gloss; walls and ceilings have been freshly plastered and received mist coat and 2x white base coat. Work needed: 1) Apply top coats to walls and ceiling The area contains 4 doors, and 5 architraves. The doors arepre-primed, the architraves are not.

A few jobs round my flat. Hoping to give them all to one person for fewer visits and better value. Qualified electrician preferred for electrical work, invoice required for all jobs. Total: £460 — looking for £400 for the bundle 1. Beko oven knob repair – £60 Knob fell off and the internal bit has dropped inside the oven. Currently stuck on fan setting. Some dismantling required to retrieve and refit. Knob available, not sure if parts required. 2. Intercom cable rerouting + plastering – £150 Recently installed intercom has visible surface-mounted trunking. Previous intercom was in same location so existing cable route likely already there. Reroute cable, remove trunking, refit backplate flush, patch and plaster to paint-ready finish. Certified electrician required. 3. Bath panel supply and fit – £150 Replace existing thick MDF panel with 12mm moisture resistant MDF. Installer to measure, supply, cut, prime and paint. Client to supply only coloured paint. Approx 1675 x 495mm including skirting notch. But needs measuring. Timber battens to be fitted to wall and possibly floor (concrete) for clean install and easy future removal. Panel must be removable without tools for plumbing access. 4. Secure shelving unit to wall – £40 Leaning shelf unit needs two wall fixings. Installer to identify wall type and supply appropriate fixings. 5. Replace single socket with double – £60 Kitchen socket serving washing machine and dishwasher causing overload. Replace single with double in same location, check circuit capacity, advise if spur needed. Certified electrician required, invoice needed.
