We have a rectangular bin cupboard we would like covered to be more in-keeping with our pub. I have purchased rolls of a the correct coloured vinyl. We are looking for someone to apply the new darker coloured vinyl over the top of the current vinyl finish. The cabinet has a hole in the top so for the underneath edge we would like the vinyl sealed in. I would expect all sides, back, top and both inside and outside of the door to be covered. The pub opens at 11am, Midday on Sundays and we would prefer to have the job completed before we open. Access times vary throughout the week: 8am Mondays, 9am the majority of the rest of the week, 10am weekends.

Looking for someone to sand, prepare and paint my wooden front door. The outside is weathered/flaking, particularly towards the bottom, so it needs proper sanding/preparation before painting. Inside is in much better condition. Photos attached. Job to include: – Sand/prep door and remove loose/flaking finish – Minor filling where needed – Prime exposed timber where required – Paint for a clean, durable finish – Neatly work around letterbox, locks and door furniture I can supply the paint/primer if you advise what to buy. Please bring sanding equipment, brushes/rollers and other tools required. Labour only – please send offers.

Paint exterior of maisonette – full preparation & repainting Exterior painting required on the maisonette shown in the photos. The existing red paint is faded/flaking in places, so I’m looking for someone experienced with exterior painting who can properly prepare the surfaces before repainting. Work required: * Scrape/sand down loose or flaking existing paint * Fill/prepare surfaces where required * Repaint all of the currently red-painted exterior areas in grey * Refresh/repaint the existing white-painted exterior areas in white * Two coats where required for a clean, durable finish The grey colour is likely to be Sandtex Plymouth Grey, although the exact paint/colour will be confirmed before work starts. I will supply the paint. Exact quantities can be agreed with the painter beforehand. The work includes the exterior walls around the entrance and stairs, first-floor balcony/parapet areas and the other painted masonry visible in the photos. Looking for someone who can provide a neat, professional and durable finish rather than simply painting over the existing surfaces. Budget around £700, but happy to consider offers roughly £600–£800 depending on experience, reviews, preparation required and what is included. Free parking available.
