Looking for someone to sand, prepare and paint my wooden front door. The outside is weathered/flaking, particularly towards the bottom, so it needs proper sanding/preparation before painting. Inside is in much better condition. Photos attached. Job to include: – Sand/prep door and remove loose/flaking finish – Minor filling where needed – Prime exposed timber where required – Paint for a clean, durable finish – Neatly work around letterbox, locks and door furniture I can supply the paint/primer if you advise what to buy. Please bring sanding equipment, brushes/rollers and other tools required. Labour only – please send offers.

We have a rectangular bin cupboard we would like covered to be more in-keeping with our pub. I have purchased rolls of a the correct coloured vinyl. We are looking for someone to apply the new darker coloured vinyl over the top of the current vinyl finish. The cabinet has a hole in the top so for the underneath edge we would like the vinyl sealed in. I would expect all sides, back, top and both inside and outside of the door to be covered. The pub opens at 11am, Midday on Sundays and we would prefer to have the job completed before we open. Access times vary throughout the week: 8am Mondays, 9am the majority of the rest of the week, 10am weekends.

This is a single - fairly small - wall that needs to be painted in a dark colour (we have the paint). Ideally should be done outside work hours (evenings or Saturday). Will need two coats. There is some cutting in to do. Please note - we will supply the paint but would expect all other materials to be provided. We wouldn't pay more than the listed price. Thank you!

This is a Painting & Decorating DPS / Tender Contractor Opportunity for experienced painting and decorating contractors who are interested in receiving information and potentially participating in future tender opportunities. Looking for an experienced painter/decorator to repaint a 2-bedroom flat. The areas to be painted include: * Living room * Hallway/lobby * 2 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms Walls and ceilings: We would like all walls and ceilings repainted. Most of the flat is currently white (Dulux Matt White) and we would like to keep the same white colour. For both bedrooms: * All four walls to be painted Dulux Almond White * Bedroom ceilings to remain Dulux Matt white Doors and skirting: We would also like the internal doors (x6), door frames and skirting boards repainted in white (Dulux Eggshell white). Balcony: Separately, the balcony has a wooden floor/decking which we would like treated with a suitable waterproof/protective coating for exterior wood. The job should include normal preparation where required, such as filling existing holes, light sanding, surface preparation, protecting floors/fittings and applying primer where necessary. Please provide labour charges only with paint brushes included. I will provide paint and materials. Photos are attached to give an idea of the size and current condition of the flat. Thanks.
