Basic Company – for smaller companies that wish to just list some basic details in the directory. Mid-range cost. d. Consulting Individual – for individual experts who provide consulting services. Basic listing and the cheapest. 2. The directory can be searched by members and non-members. 3. Members are able to upgrade their membership at any time 4. Members are able to modify their profile at any time 5. People viewing the partner directory are able to search by keyword and/or apply a range of hierarchical filters. 6. Members are able to ‘follow’ other members, so that they receive updates whenever a followed member updates their profile. Updates would be email notification and a notification managed in wix. 7. The site needs to be responsive for use on all devices. PARTNER PROFILE FIELDS To start with a partner profile has the fields: 1. Partner Name 2. Phone 3. Email 4. URL 5. Short Description 6. Partner cannot get into Gmail. Doesn’t know password and when tries to reset it. We have tried the Google Recovery Process. We type the email in to Gmail sign in and press forgot password. It then wants to send 2FA verification code to a mobile number he no longer has. Which I press “TRY ANOTHER WAY” and it them prompts us to use an email which we also don’t have access to as well as the email address that we are trying to access. So again I press “TRY ANOTHER WAY” and then it’s prompts us to try and use a device that has previously been used to sign in to the Gmail account and a familiar wifi network that has been previously used with the Gmail account. We also tried this. Nothing is working. We need access to the account and password / back up security reset.
