I’m looking for someone highly experienced with Microsoft Outlook to design and implement a clean, sustainable email management system for a high-volume, compliance-driven role. This is not a basic inbox clean-up. I’m specifically looking for someone who understands professional service environments (NDIS, disability, healthcare, allied health, case management, or similar) and can design systems that reduce cognitive load and don’t fall apart under pressure. Scope of work 1. Outlook Email Structure & Workflow • Review my current Outlook setup (folders, rules, categories, flags). • Design and implement a logical, low-friction system using folders, categories and rules that supports: • Provider correspondence (OT, Speech, BSP, Support Workers, etc.) • Participant / client-related emails • Time-sensitive and follow-up-required emails • Set up automated rules where appropriate (without over-engineering). • Create a clear workflow so I can easily see: • Emails awaiting my response • Emails I need to follow up on • Emails that are FYI / reference only 2. Outlook Templates – System Setup Only • Set up Outlook so reusable email templates can be easily accessed and used. • I will write the email content myself — I just need: • The templates properly created in Outlook • Clear naming conventions • A structure that makes templates quick to find and reuse 3. TASK DESCRIPTION I need a reliable freelancer to move my simple portfolio website from Hostinger to Carrd.co. THE SITUATION My current hosting plan expires in 3 days (Saturday). JOB PHASE 1 (Must be done by Friday): You need to "scrape" or save my current website text, images, and layout references immediately so they are safe before the hosting cuts off. JOB PHASE 2 (By the end of Next Week): Once the data is safe, you can take next week to actually build the new Carrd site. THE SCOPE Recreate Site: Convert my current 5-page portfolio site into a modern "One-Page Scroll" site on Carrd using the 'Sectioned' feature. (I will pay for the Carrd subscription). Email Archiving: Guide me remotely (via Zoom) to download my old Hostinger emails to my local computer (Thunderbird) before the inbox is deleted on Saturday. Email Forwarding: I need to receive emails sent to my professional domain email (currently with Hostinger) even after the hosting is cancelled. I need you to set up free forwarding (using Cloudflare or similar) so that any mail sent to that professional address is automatically redirected to my personal email inbox. I have business emails that go through hover and wix, via gmail. We are not receiving certain emails, and when one business email sends an email to the other, we get a failed email reply....although the email is received. I assume its a DNS issue and probably something very simple, but I need assistance in sorting it. Happy to do remotely.

I need an experienced IT professional to migrate approximately 16 domains away from TPP (registrar and DNS). Three domains are actively used for Microsoft 365 email and must be migrated with no email downtime or deliverability issues. One domain is email-only and has a complex DNS zone with multiple CNAME records. This is not a simple registrar transfer. Strong DNS and Microsoft 365 experience is required.
