I struggle with organization and completing administrative tasks, which has led to a significant backlog. I’m looking for a patient, supportive individual who can help me stay on track, and help clear my massive to-do list. # Hours: These are negotiable. I need someone for about 20 - 24 hours per week. Longer hours are okay too. When you do these is up to you, but they need to be the same hours each week. # Rate: $30 per hour (invoiced). # Location: Abbotsford, Melbourne, Victoria. # Role and Responsibilities: * Assisting with a range of administrative tasks (emails, phone calls, scheduling, data entry, basic research, etc.) * Keeping track of appointments and following up on tasks on Asana Platform. * Making few purchases for me. Going on errands for groceries, medications, setting up returns etc. # Key Requirements: * Reliability – punctual, consistent attendance is essential * Excellent Organizational Skills – ability to set up efficient systems and stay on top of tasks * Strong English Communication – both written and verbal * Professional and Respectful – able to communicate in a friendly, supportive way * Experience Working with Autistic Individuals – or strong willingness to learn * Tech-Savvy – comfortable with email, spreadsheets, Word, apps, smart home devices, troubleshooting, etc. * Invoicing Capability – you must be able to provide invoices, and payment will be made via bank transfer. You will need a current ABN. NOTE: It is necessary to have an ABN Number as this will be paid by the NDIS plan manager. Thanks and looking forward to hear from you :)

I have an Excel dataset that has data that requires a re-jig for analysis. For individual genders and age-groups - and there are 3500 lines of data and 10 columns. Unfortunately, the data were supplied with two lines for each condition that I need to analyse - I need every two lines added together. I am sure that it would be an easy task for an experienced Excel operator, but I just don't have enough skill.
