I have random items of reasonable value that need selling, but i don't have time to list and post items. I'm looking for someone familiar with Ebay or other used item platforms to arrange the sale of the items. - I would drop off the items in person to you - You would list them on Ebay / Gumtree / Other platform - You would arrange item viewings where necessary or post remotely - Profit (after shipping/selling fees) share 33% goes to selling assistant. I'd pay you on the sale of each item. Initially, to test with a few items (Medical books). If goes well, can sell other items (sports equipment, Tools, automotive parts, clothing). Approximate estimated goods value would be about 2000AUD per year. But this fluctuates according to what I no longer need. Looking for a longterm selling partner over several years. Periodically they'll likely be a few high value items too. Location: Selling assistant needs to be close to Hampton for me to drop off items (e.g. within 10 min drive). Assistants to ideally have verifiable selling history e.g. Established ebay account with good feedback

I am looking for someone to liaise with/ discuss with varied Virtual Assistant companies to source, organise and finalise the employment of a virtual assistant team (looking at a few VA's to employ at this stage.) The shifts/ hours we need are irregular/ a shift work type roster, so we have spoken to a couple of agencies but it is taking a long time and we are finding it difficult to make it clear and lock people in. We need to get this sorted ASAP and I don't have the time to liaise with the VA agencies, organise the VA team, interview/ liaise with them etc about the roster & our shift requirements & our needs, but we need to get some VA's locked in ASAP, before some of our team members go on leave. We need to get this sorted ASAP - we have to have some or all of them locked in and finalised to definitely cover these days and times by the weekend. Our shift times, which can be provided broken down/ in a roster format (very summarised) for the virtual assistant team/ employees are as below: Weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM (one person at this time) Weekdays 5 PM - 12 AM (one person at this time) Weekdays 5 AM - 9 AM (one person at this time) Weekends 24/7 (both days, one person at this time). Shifts can of course be split up/ divided etc. Job description is for general admin, rostering/ scheduling for staff and clients, covering shifts & organising rosters and shifts for staff, managing incoming communications and requests including phone calls/ emails/ messages etc, managing incoming incident reports, file auditing and updating, data entry, care worker system management (Brevity care software), general assistance with event organising, reporting and documenting, and other general admin not explicitly detailed.
