I'm looking to build a data scraper focused on commercial properties listed on realcommercial.com.au in Sydney, Australia. Core Requirements: The scraper must access both the list page and the property detail page. It must handle dynamic data locations, as key info appears inconsistently across listings. Static Fields to Scrape: - Address - Land area - Floor area - Tenure (including leased/tenanted info or projected gross/net income). Sometimes it will say vacant when there is projected income in the description. - Real estate agency (typically at the bottom of the page) Dynamic Fields (may appear in description or variable locations): - FSR (Floor Space Ratio) - Height limit - Zoning - Lease terms and options (e.g., "3-year lease with 3 x 3-year options") Output: Ideally, connect this to a Google Sheet for real-time updates or once a week (open to discussion for the best solution on this!) Workflow: Scrape both "on market" and "sold" properties. If a property appears in both datasets (matching by address), update: - Sold price - Sold date Bonus Task: If possible, also scrape data from the NSW Planning Portal: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/spatialviewer/#/find-a-property/address ...to fill in missing zoning, FSR, or height limits (when available). This is what our current google sheet looks like. Cal5_GPM – Calculates gross profit margin by branch and product line (formatted as percentage with 2 decimals). Dashboard_Report – Interactive dashboard with visuals, slicers, conditional formatting, prints on one page, and uses only referenced values. Footer includes name and auto-updating date. (Hidden List) – Supports validation in worksheet 2. (We can negotiate the price)
