I need someone to help measure 500+ fabric rolls (as shown in the pictures). Part 1: Measure each roll Record the measurement Take a clear photo of each roll Organise the measurements and photos neatly (simple spreadsheet or notes is fine) Part 2: I may decide to list some of the fabrics on eBay afterwards, so basic help with photographing or organising listings would be useful (optional). I am moving to America and I have some furniture and electronics I don’t plan to take with me. I’d like help selling them end-to-end. I am not experienced in this, but I believe the steps would include: 1) Agreeing on a price based on similar items that have been resold. 2) Taking photos and posting an online listing (anyone with experience will surely know better, but I assume we would post on eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, etc. I can write the listing and decide on pricing. 3) Recieving offers and together we can confirm them. 4) Arrange for collection of the item or in some circumstances helping with shipment. I believe there are about 10 pieces of furniture and 15 electronics. We can also agree on a commission paid to you for each it that is successfully sold. I am moving to the United States at the end of September, so I’d love to sell them before. We can agree a lump sum fee or an hourly rate, whatever works out. I’m based on Kennington Park near Oval Ayation. Thanks! Nick

Help required to sell a Stiltz branded through floor lift, the model is a Deuo. this lift was removed from my Father in-laws house recently after he moved into a care home. The lift is under 5yrs old, in great condition as seldom used. It’s partially dismantled but all parts, covers, guides and even the through floor ceiling/floor trim is with it and two wall mountable remote controls. The unit is very heavy and will require to be uplifted from me or local delivery can be arranged (only if money is received first). These are very expensive units, this cost around £15,000 - I’d like to sell it for £5000. Same item currently on EBay for over £6000. As it has been uninstalled I’ve not included any photos but a quick internet search will show you. I could DM some photos if required.
