Hi there! I’m looking for someone who can give us ongoing support with accounts and admin work, all done remotely and at flexible times. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized and taking initiative, this could be a great fit. You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly finance and procurement team. We’re supportive, easy to communicate with and passionate about what we do. We really value people who care about accuracy and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Our company operates across a few different areas like superyachts, customer service, charter and brokerage, property development and general investments. It keeps things interesting, and no two tasks are exactly the same Some of the tasks you may help with include: Looking into product ranges and sales data Keeping our internal database neat, accurate and organized Creating and updating product codes and pricing information Tracking purchase orders and checking in with suppliers Helping resolve delivery or order issues when they pop up Assisting with internal or supplier product demos (online) Sharing helpful updates and solutions with our team Updating a simple internal project register Helping put together basic sales training materials And general admin tasks as they come up You'll be given tasks through Airtasker so everything stays clear, flexible and manageable.

I have 50 pages of a suppliers PDF that needs to be migrated into spreadsheet format (preferably Google sheets). This is to capture the categories, product IDs and information about the products, photos. These can range from measurements, pressures, flow rates, material types etc for each category. Photos are not essential, but will be appreciated. The spread sheet also needs the ability quickly filter by categories and material types etc. This is ultimately going to be used to determine what products I'll be importing. Consideration to be added is the data set needs to be suitable for future e-commerce product import. Hoping for someone that is going to use Al to do this (the data migration part) and one other deliverable is a video on how you did it (screen record/shots etc). I'de love to learn but I have no time ! Please see attached screenshots for sample pages of items.

I have an excel pricelist that I cannot get working as it should be, formulas etc. have been put in there but certain columns need to flow through to tabs from the master tab, I need to be able to paste the other tabs easily into a seperate sheet without formulas for distribution. there are discounts that need to be applied from the master tab and flow through to the other tabs.

Restaurants, Grocery shops, fuel stations , cafes any business you can go or call and pitch. =========== Details For the Tasker: If you get 1 shop/business sale, I will pay 30aud , so if you got 5 shops as business on first day , you get 150aud, we send an email to shops and once they acknowledge and confirm , they make a payment and I create the QR code and send to them via email , they can print and put it on their shop and we send them payment link as well. Once they do the payment it starts. They can have 1st week as trial once the shop/business is onboarded, the payment is done, I pay you for each sale. We have no mechanism or option for fix payment or amount or salary for this task, unless sales are done.

Looking for Nsw workers compensation claims trainer to assist with training claims advisor. This is temporary and requirements based. Being able to assist with guiding and training similar to the on the job training , coaching to achieve completing workload with effectiveness and efficiency. Potentially a previous claims advisor who has several years of experience and can assist with training claims advisor to achieve getting tasks done. Potentially 3-5 hours per weeks and as necessary. 35$ an hour :) No data of any claims will be shared it’s more the skills need for the efficiency and effectiveness structures and assisting with how to navigate through the daily activities management
