The chandelier is quite heavy so I imagine we will need to lift floorboards upstairs and either fix it to a joist or install a structural timber support. The ceiling is modern plasterboard. I can be flexible on fitting times as work from home.

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism).
