Fitting Roman blinds, mirror and few other tasks

I have a recessed Roman blind that i believe was too heavy and the screws and plugs have come out. I would like someone to help put it up again more securely

Cut a Venetian blind to size. Purchased blind already, just need 2inches cut from the width. Bought at 47iches wide, need 45inch to fit correctly.

Upon investigating, I found out, that the charger has not been plugged into the blind. The blinds are fitted to the frame of the door and hence the space is too narrow for me to physically do it. I am looking for someone who can help me with it. I can arrange for a video call with show what the exact issue is as a photo/video might not serve the purpose.
