Need a baby gate installed between kitchen and living room. Has brackets that need mounting on the wall.

Paint my wicket gate and fence. I reckon it'll need some wood-filling at odd places, sanding and then priming and 2 coats of paint

Metal latch on wooden gate needs to be removed, however impossible to do with screw driver due to broken screw. Will require drill with screw extractor.

I have an old side gate that I need replacing. I'd ideally like a recommendation on which secure gate to buy (although I have done some research) and for it to be installed. The preferred date would be Friday but of course you'd need to inspect it first. On one side of the gate is a brick wall on the other is a stone column supporting the fence.
