External paint job - painting balcony railing and front gates

Hi, I hope you are well. I have a gate in N20 0HD that was installed two days ago. I started the process of painting it, but realised that I have not put enough wood preservative on the gate. What I'm looking for, is someone to come and strip the stain off of the gate so that I can put more preservative on and paint it with the stain. Many thanks, Oria

My neighbour is complaining about a leak in his garage under my flat that must be coming from my bathroom. I need a plumber to investigate issue. No signs of leak in my bathroom.
