Need to ankle grind and cut the joint of my gates in front garden to remove them. Not a big job at all.

What we need 1. Investigate and confirm the source of the leak (trace the waste run from kitchen to outside / downpipe / connections). 2. Repair or replace the damaged section of waste pipework (likely external metal section or joint). 3. Test by running kitchen water/discharge after repair to confirm no further leak. 4. Please advise if any making good is required (minor sealing/patching), and what is included/excluded. Front metal garden gate hinge/bolt has pulled loose from the masonry wall and hole is now too large for normal fixing. Damaged area needs cleaned out & repaired (possibly requiring anchors or another strong fixing) then refit and align the gate so it opens and latches smoothly plus make good the brick/mortar.
