Find an experienced garden planting specialist in London

I have three tasks I need completing in the garden to get it ready for summer. First is to stand the fence on the right side of the garden back up. The support has previously been drilled into the decking but needs a more permanent fix. I’m going to be taking up the decking that is pictured and the second task would be use the wood left to create raised flower beds around the perimeter of the garden. Any leftover decking and wood would then need to be removed and disposed of. Please note that the garden has no access other than through the house as it backs on to a railway line.
