Hi! I have 3 jobs and I am not sure I’ll be able to find one person to do all 3! I’m happy to make separate posts for these but ideally I’d have one person who’s happy to do all 3. Ideally I’d have someone come Thursday but flexible on timing. 1, putting up a shelf. Shelf didn’t come with screws so I’ll need someone who can bring some. It’s new built-plaster wall so I need anchors? Idk I’m not an expert lol. Person also needs to have a wire detector. 2, quick sweep of balcony. There’s some spider webs and I am petrified of spiders. Quick wipe of glass and banister would be amazing. No sort of deep clean needed. 3, building an egg chair on said balcony. Hi, my power recliner/lift chair stopped working because the motor underneath appears to be broken or disconnected. The chair will no longer lift or recline properly, and I noticed the motor assembly and lifting mechanism underneath may need repair or replacement. I attached photos showing the motor and frame area. The motor label says Model RB11A, 24V DC, 50W. I’m looking for someone who can inspect the chair, determine whether the motor can be repaired or if a replacement part is needed, and get the recliner working again as soon as possible.
