Have just a small section of flooring to layed. In the (open-plan)kitchen of a 2 bed flat which is smaller than a car parking space! Must be done in 1 day not drawn out over consecutive days. Floor is prepped with underlay down ready to go.. Might possibly have some other work available if you are the right person and you have genuine experience of laying click flooring.

My solicitor Son charges less per hour than some of the handymen ive noticed on here. £20 per hour is very reasonable enough. i have vinyl tiles to lay on all the areas on the flat (approx 60m2). The old laminate will have to ripped out and floor levelled if required and then new tiles to be installed. There is a recycling unit nearby ( less than 2 miles) and would need your help to dispose it off and i will support you in this as i will go with you. Furnitures have to be moved as i live in the flat. The tile is plank style, has click mechanism and has built in underlay.
