Have just a small section of flooring to layed. In the (open-plan)kitchen of a 2 bed flat which is smaller than a car parking space! Must be done in 1 day not drawn out over consecutive days. Floor is prepped with underlay down ready to go.. Might possibly have some other work available if you are the right person and you have genuine experience of laying click flooring.

My solicitor Son charges less per hour than some of the handymen ive noticed on here. £20 per hour is very reasonable enough.
