We're looking for an experienced flooring fitter to repair a vinyl flooring in our upstairs fitness studio in East Dulwich (SE22). Issue: Recent hot weather has caused the adhesive to soften. The vinyl has lifted and moved away from the adjoining carpet. We need the flooring professionally re-bonded and secured so it can withstand heavy daily foot traffic and heat pressure adhesive. Requirements: Supply suitable commercial/high-temperature flooring adhesive. Remove old adhesive where necessary. Reposition and securely re-bond the vinyl. Advise if a transition strip is required and fit if appropriate. Leave the area clean and safe for gym use. Please quote your labour and any materials separately, and include details of your flooring experience. Photos can be provided before attending. Approx room size 9x4m

I need someone to lay self-adhesive vinyl floor tiles that I’ve already purchased and to fit boxing around exposed pipes. The MDF panels for the boxing will be provided, but you will need to bring the necessary tools to cut and install them properly. Hi we are looking for someone to install luxury vinyl. This will be for the hallway, open kitchen / living and downstairs bathroom

There is a tear in the existing linoleum/ vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is roughly 1.4m x 2.5m I'm looking for someone to install the new sheet vinyl I've bought. There is a washing machine in the room that's installed behind some skirting board. When the last guy came, I held up the machine for him briefly while he slid the floor under. The boards underneath the sheet are not perfectly flat thanks to a previous leak that has since been fixed. I will: - Tear up the existing flooring - Move the fridge in advance of you getting here - Hold up the washing machine for you to get the sheet underneath - Remove and then reinstall the kitchen panels that will be in the way I just need someone to cut and install the new sheet. I have some spray adhesive also but obviously happy for you to use something else if you prefer. If any questions please just let me know. Chris
