I’m looking for a competent carpenter to help with two jobs. The first is with a cupboard that was built around our boiler (see photos). It serves a purpose so far as it looks good, but It’s been built in such a way that it when a heating engineer arrived to service our boiler last week, the woodwork obstructs the boiler’s casing so much that the cover of a the boiler can’t be slid forwards as it’s designed to. We need to find a solution so the boiler can be accessed, I'm thinking perhaps using some kind of clips? The other job is some skirting boards and architrave around doors. There’s skirting boards to go onto three walls, totalling around 7 meters with a few joins (see photos). Plus architrave on two door frames. As you can see from the photos; I have given this a go already but have realised it’s beyond my skill level and so I’d rather start from scratch and hire a professional! I’ll supply all materials and do have various tools here, let’s chat before the job to ensure we have everything we need. - Due date: Flexible

I'm looking for someone to install baseboards in my flat. I already have 10 boards à 4200mm so the work should be limited to cutting and installing the boards. I also have a glue gun with two cartridges if this helps reduce material cost. One corner is blocked by heating pipes; I am hoping that those could be covered up by skirting (or other) board but happy to listen to alternative ideas. The outer walls are slightly sloped, which needs be considered when fitting the skirting in those corners. The photos show the old skirting boards in one of the rooms but I will remove those myself ahead of time. The skirting needs to be installed alongside the walls and black lines as shown on the floor plan, excluding the kitchen and bathroom.

We would like someone who can lay a short length of skirting board in our study. We have the wood, but it will need to be cut to size. Therea are radiator pipes on the same wall so the skirting will have to be laid around this. (Photos attached.) Additionally, we would also like a mirror to be hung over the mantelpiece in the same room. Tasker would need to bring own tools but we can provide grab adhesive, wall plugs, and nails/screws. i would like the old skirting boards removed new skirting cut to size and replaced in bedroom 3x5m, living room 3.5x6m, hallway and landing 1.5m of skirting and right side of staircase (15 steps)can send pics if helpful. - Due date: Flexible

There are three tasks. 1) The side of my kitchen counter has come undone due to the washing machine movements - it needs secured back in, but cant use same hole as before as it is now too big. (I can send a photo) 2) The skirting board needs securing as we are getting a puppy and we need to make sure he can't pull it off. 3) Three guitar holders need to be put onto the wall.
