We have a 18sqm area of wood decking that needs sanding down and staining. The decking was here when we moved in about a year ago, and is most likely pine. The planks are plain and not slatted. We already have suitable decking stain.

Need a few rooms sanded and varnished, not worried about gaps being filled

We have a deck (approx 2.5sqm) and fitted wooden bench (both outdoor, both solid cedar wood). I would like to get them properly sanded back so that they can be refinished with proper wood oil. I don’t have sufficient sanding tools to do this myself.

I need 1 possibly 3 floors dustless sanding and re staining

Sand all stairs, banister and handrail so it is ready to be painted. Including removing any nails, sanding all surfaces until smooth and filling any small holes. Job is finished wheb it is ready for painting. An experienced tasker will know what this means. Tasker must have experience with similar jobs, sanding and using a palm sander. Tasker will be required for minimum one full day, possibly two full days depending on progress/ speed. Two full stair cases and one small steps, as per photos. High quality job expected, no time wasters or inexperienced taskers please. Job to be completed ASAP.
