2 rooms to be sanded ready for varnishing or oiling: one bedroom (8.5 sqm) and one front room (14 sqm). Modern wooden boards in excellent condition, preserved by wall-to-wall carpeting so should be fairly straightforward. All grips, staples... will be removed in advance.

We have a 120² tile showroom in Loughton with the first coat of epoxy floor paint already applied. We need someone with professional floor sanding equipment to lightly sand/scuff the entire floor to create a key for the second coat of epoxy. This is not a job to remove the epoxy or grind back to concrete only a light, even sand across the whole floor. Please bring your own equipment. Dust extraction is preferred to keep the showroom clean. Looking for someone experienced with epoxy floor preparation who can complete the work as soon as possible.

Hi! We have some quite good condition softwood floorboards in our hallways (around 10sq m in total). We are looking for someone to sand this with an orbital floor sander (not drum! We want to keep character and not remove it) to smoothen out whilst still retaining character

We have a 18sqm area of wood decking that needs sanding down and staining. The decking was here when we moved in about a year ago, and is most likely pine. The planks are plain and not slatted. We already have suitable decking stain.

We have a deck (approx 2.5sqm) and fitted wooden bench (both outdoor, both solid cedar wood). I would like to get them properly sanded back so that they can be refinished with proper wood oil. I don’t have sufficient sanding tools to do this myself.
