Cap off one unnecessary wall switch ready for covering 4. Remove trunking/spotlights and put in regular ceiling light Can talk through the job in person but the red rings on the photos show approx what needs to be removed/installed

Four (maybe five) dimmer switches need replacing, as the old ones are sticking, and therefore unusable. Two of the switch-plates are doubles, two are triples. All are in copper/bronze finish. The property is in West London.

Garden socket works with Freezer but it triggers a switch-off of part of power in the house whenever I try using my pressure washer with the same socket. I have tried 3 different pressure washers, and it's the same problem. But the same socket works fine with our Freezer.

Electrician. Two wall light fittings to be removed, wires capped off to be boarded over. An hood hob extractor unit to be removed, the wires capped off to be boarded over. Two new double socket plug fittings in the kitchen wall. There is an existing double socket on the same wall which can be extended. I've added pictures of the wall lights, extractor and kitchen wall.
