Safely dispose of all materials. Make good the ceiling area (remove adhesives, prep surface). Plasterboard if needed and skim all ceilings, to a smooth, paint-ready finish. Replacing radiators and passing pipes through walls and ceiling instead where it currently is, along the wall(see image two) Plaster and skim 4 windows and replace window casing and wooden window sill Install new LED spotlights in sitting room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom, (approx. number to be discussed). Ensure all electrical work is safe and up to code (ideally certified or can work with a certified electrician) Room sizes Sitting Room: medium-sized Room 1: Medium size Room 2: Medium size What I Will Provide- Spotlights All Plastering materials based on list you provide(plaster, board, etc) What you will be expected to have to complete the job- All tools and equipment Waste disposal Skills Required- Experience removing ceiling tiles(1960's style roof tiles). Professional plastering/skimming after tiles removal. Experience installing spotlights and running electrical cables. Registered or certified electrician (or able to work with one. Reliable and detail oriented. I have provided images of the sitting room, it's the same ceiling in the hallway bedrooms and bathroom. All these need taking down and replacing.
