My Sonos has multiple speakers including Sonos boost, connect amp 2nd gen and several play1s and soundbar. All has worked solidly for several years but the whole system dropped out a few weeks ago and I don’t have the expertise to fix it despite several hours looking at my WiFi router an calling Sonos support. WiFi is ASUS rt-ac86u downstairs and rt-ac88u upstairs working as an aimesh node together. I think it something to do with the WiFi setup and router software but don’t know f this is true. We have a Virgin Media modem, and the WiFI is working. However, in the room at the opposite end of the house, the WiFi is not strong enough, so we have a TP-link range extender router. It worked fine up until Monday morning at which point there was an outage of Virgin Media, and we didn't have internet for about 24 hours. After this outage, the Virgin Media Wifi has been working fine, and it seems to be connecting to the router, but the network of the router is no longer showing up. - Due date: Before Monday, 18th Oct 2021
