It was not Richard who arrived to complete the work which was not communicated to me in advance. I was being messaged as if it was him coming. I don’t believe the person who came had much experience as I had to explain each cleaning product several times and had to ask for certain things to be redone as they were not the standard I would hope for. It wasn’t a bad job, it just wasn’t the professional clean I’d hoped for
