2 hours cleaning needed of a 1 bedroom apartment on Hoxton Square, starting around 11-1130am. Cleaning bathroom, kitchen, etc. Cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors. Changing bedding. I will be there to help and provide guidance. All products will be supplied.

I’m away with work for the next 3 days and my real estate agent needs to inspect my flat as it is being re-listed for rent. The flat is already clean — this is NOT a full cleaning job. It mainly needs tidying, a few things put away/moved and the rooms presented nicely for rental viewings. Approx. 2 hours max. Most individual tasks are very quick. There are a few areas of surface mould, mainly around the downstairs skirting boards. Please wipe any noticeable mould away. No specialist treatment/deep mould cleaning required. Presentation is the priority. Once the checklist is complete, please do a final walk-through and use your judgement to straighten/style anything that will make the flat look its best for prospective tenants. I have a video of the whole flat and a list of tasks needed for each room which I can provide. PHOTOS: Please send clear photos of every room/area once finished so I can check everything before the inspection. KEY: Access is via a lockbox (details provided privately). The key MUST be returned to the lockbox and securely closed when finished. Please send a photo showing the key safely back inside the lockbox. Hi, I’ve just moved into a new flat and unfortunately it hasn’t been cleaned properly at all, so I’m looking for someone to help me this afternoon from 4pm in E2, just off Brick Lane. Jobs include: • Cleaning inside kitchen cupboards (not too dirty) • Cleaning the oven • Cleaning out the fridge and freezer (not too dirty) • Cleaning on top of the kitchen cupboards, as they are extremely dusty I don’t have a step ladder, so you would need to bring one with you.
