Find a professional local carpenter in Hampshire

I need someone who has a miter saw to cut and apply skirting board to the walls. I’ve already cut them down into smaller pieces. There isn’t a lot so shouldn’t take too longer than 1-2 hours

I’m looking for an experienced and competent handyman to assess the wall and determine the correct method of securely mounting a bathroom cabinet. There have been previous unsuccessful attempts to mount the cabinet, so I do not want any further drilling or fixing until the wall has been properly assessed and the cause of the previous issues understood. The wall is believed to be solid brick, but the cabinet does not sit completely flush against the wall, so the mounting arrangement and load on the fixings need to be considered carefully. I’m happy to pay for a professional assessment and a properly explained solution, but I want the scope and price agreed in advance.

We have 7 external decks that require the fencing, spindles, posts, etc. to be re-stained using an oil-based stain. We also have an additional 2 cabins that will require minor remedial work to the external deck area. Please note that the decking itself does not require staining. Please see the attached photos, which highlight the areas that require re-staining. These photos are examples of work that we have had completed previously and demonstrate the standard and finish we are looking for. Site access is available Mondays and Fridays, 10:00am–4:00pm only. Please note that there will be no site access between 19th and 30th October. Please ensure that each stage/phase of the work is fully completed before moving on to the next. The site must be kept clean and tidy throughout the works, and all work must be completed to a high standard. Care must be taken to avoid any spills, drips, splashes or staining to surrounding surfaces, including the decking. Any areas affected by the works must be cleaned and left in a neat and satisfactory condition.

We have a small garden shed next to a pond. The shed has electrics going into it for the pond. The shed has started to rot on one side - some of the wood has come off and the uprights have started to rot. Need help replacing them. Don't need it looking perfect, just want to extend the life of the pond

Hello! Hope you’re well. I broke my kitchen cabinets and I would like them repaired the hinges came off the outer door. I would also like some paintings hung but I don’t have a stud finder and I don’t know what type of nails/ screws to use for the walls which are I think a bit hollow :p we also had a leak on the ceiling a few months ago and just needs to be plastered/ painted. The skirting board/trim near the bathroom floor has started to swell, split, and pull away from the wall (photo attached). We’ve been told there may be a leak somewhere, but we haven’t noticed any obvious water coming from the bidet, toilet, or bath. The area is usually dry when we check it. Would you be able to have a look at the photo and let me know whether this looks like water damage and what the likely cause might be?
