Description Looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner to enclose the open area underneath my staircase and create a clean, built-in cupboard finish. I am ONLY looking for the external enclosure and cupboard doors. I do not require any internal shelving, drawers, hanging rails or other internal configuration. The inside can be left completely open/hollow as I will arrange this myself afterwards. I would like: * White finish to blend with the existing walls * Bespoke enclosure following the slope/gradient of the staircase * Multiple cupboard doors for easy access to the full space * Preferably handleless / push-to-open doors * Neat, flush, modern built-in appearance * All framing, MDF/timber, doors, hinges and necessary finishing included * Area left ready for use once completed Approximate measurements: * Staircase gradient: 265cm * Maximum height from finished floor level (FFL): 195cm * Depth: 84cm * Final dimensions should be checked on site before manufacture. Property is in Heath and Reach, just outside Leighton Buzzard. We need a wooden staircase fitting to standard regulations, in order to pass a mortgage valuation. The stairs will be delivered on site and are new from the manufacturer. There are wooden stairs in situ already, which are temporary.

FYI: currently doing last touches to loft bedroom- may not have listed everything on the list as still have deliveries coming- happy to pay fair price for anything not mentioned but all major jobs listed bed 4 eket box shelves coffee table (may do myself) desk (may do myself) cutting box in half and adding wheels/ sand inside and line with carpet-(pic provided -everything for box included) also tiny bits like hanging clock, ,corner shelf, help lean mirror on wall all my good are on ground floor but will get all heavier goods to the loft myself- may need assistance on few boxs already delivered
