Work required: • Connect the camera’s power wire to the reverse-light +12V circuit • Proper grounding • Run the video cable from the boot to the dashboard • Connect it to my CarPlay monitor (8'' T91) through the rear-camera input • Clean removal and re-installation of the interior trim (no drilling needed) • Ensure that the monitor switches automatically to the rear-view when the car is put into reverse Important: This is not a front/rear dash-cam installation — it is a dedicated reversing camera linked to the reverse gear. All parts (camera and monitor) are already purchased.
